Adams recorded 13 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, but only seven had a sale price recorded, ranging from $25,000 to $800,000 with a median of $180,000. The month's top sale was 15 Print Works Drive at $800,000, sold by DG Investments LLC to Shaker Mountain Properties LLC. Three of the seven recorded sales, at 2 Woods Drive, 7 Newark Street and 14 Arnold Avenue, listed Adams Community Bank as buyer, and a fourth listed Greylock Federal Credit Union. The remaining six recorded documents were mortgage assignments, a tax lien matter and a municipal solar-lease assignment rather than conventional sales.
