She is survived by her husband John Swistak; her sons Christopher Wojcik of New Windsor, NY and Scott Wojcik of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren Aneesah, Madelyn, and Jackson; and her sisters Joanne Kozik of Burlington, VT and Roberta Carpenter of Myrtle Beach, SC. Visitation was held Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Paciorek Funeral Home, 13 Hoosac St., Adams; a funeral service was held Friday, June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 25 Hoosac St., Adams.
