Adams records 15 property transactions in late-summer stretch; only a third disclose sale price
Adams recorded 15 property transactions between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only five deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $35,000 to $428,000 with a median of $102,500. The period's top recorded sale was a $428,000 transfer from trustees Bruce and Kelly Wooley to Adams Community Bank, which was also listed as buyer in three other disclosed-price sales. Three addresses, on Columbia Street, Wenzel Terrace and East Hoosac Street, each generated three separate recorded filings, several tied to mortgage, assignment or UCC records rather than standard sales. With two-thirds of filings carrying no price, the available data offers only a partial picture of the month's market.
