Adams recorded 14 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only five listed a sale price, ranging from $45,000 to $309,157 with a median of $200,000. The month's top recorded sale was 37 Alger St at $309,157, sold by Desiree Pechtel to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Guild Mortgage Co. LLC. Financial institutions, including Greylock Federal Credit Union and Adams Community Bank, appeared as buyer or seller in several recordings, and two transfers, on Columbia Street and Lime Street, occurred within the same family. With price recorded in just over a third of transactions, the data offers a limited window into the month's market activity.
