The period's top transaction was 18 Dubis St., which sold for $345,000 from Dylan N. Alibozek to Thomas M. and Donna L. Kondel. Eight entries, including one nominal-consideration transfer at 13 Elm St., had no market price recorded. Several buyers were financial institutions, including Greylock Federal Credit Union and HUD, rather than individual purchasers, and with so few priced sales, the data offers limited grounds for characterizing overall market tone this period.
