Adams Home Sale Tops $345,000 as August Prices Vary Widely
The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 15 property transfers in Adams between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Eight of those listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $1,208 to $345,000, with a median of $211,700. The top sale was 18 Dubis St at $345,000, sold Aug. 10 by Dylan N. Alibozek to Thomas M. and Donna L. Kondel. Four addresses, including 20 Overlook Terrace and 84 Howland Avenue, had two separate recordings each. Several buyers were banks, credit unions or agencies rather than individuals. With seven of 15 filings lacking a disclosed price, the data offers only a partial picture of market activity.
