The month's top transaction was 48 Alger St., which sold for $280,000. Greylock Federal Credit Union appeared as the buyer in three of the five priced sales, and several entries for the same addresses, including 380 West Rd. and 32 Valley St., reflect multiple filings rather than separate sales. Seven of the 12 recorded entries do not yet show a sale price, which is expected for recently filed deeds.
